With a starting point from the perspective of the municipal housing companies with the goal of contributing to the development of new business models and strategies for future real estate and sustainable deliveries, a result has now been achieved.

Municipal housing companies are at an early stage of development where a joint effort and feedback of experience between the companies can accelerate and create advantages in decision-making around these issues.

Who is involved in the project?

The project was led by Trendie and had six partners, all public housing companies. Bostadsbolaget Göteborg , MKB Fastighets AB , Lunds Kommuns Fastighets AB , Bostads AB Poseidon , Uppsalahem and Halmstads Fastighets AB . Together, they have a housing portfolio of approximately 120,000 rental properties.
